2026 Mid-Autumn Festival & National Day Holiday Notice and Customer Service Arrangements

In accordance with the 2026 national holiday schedule and our company’s operational arrangements, please find below our holiday schedule and customer service arrangements, so that you can plan your business activities and communications in advance.

1. Holiday Schedule

• Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25 (Friday) to September 27 (Sunday), 3 days, with no make-up working days.
• National Day: October 1 (Thursday) to October 7 (Wednesday), 7 days.
• Make-up Working Days: September 20 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday) will be regular working days, and our business operations will proceed as normal.

2. Customer Service During the Holiday

During the holiday period, our regular shipping, on-site after-sales services, and routine business operations will be suspended.

For urgent matters, please contact your dedicated business representative or email us at info@inslift.com. We will respond and handle your requests as soon as possible after the holiday.
