At the beginning of the new year, Inslift's spider lift ES220 was transported to the Fukang pumped-storage power station. Following training conducted by an Inslift engineer in Xinjiang on the operation of tracked aerial lifts, the Inslift ES220 model has been officially deployed at the the Fukang pumped-storage power station in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. This deployment is set to play a significant role in the subsequent high-altitude maintenance and repair tasks associated with the project.
As the first million-kilowatt-level large-scale pumped storage power station in Northwest China, the National Grid's Xinjiang Fukang Pumped-Storage Power Station is a crucial component of Xinjiang's new power system. It consists of upper reservoirs, lower reservoirs, water conveyance systems, underground facilities, and surface switch stations. The ES220 Spider lift was introduced to make maintenance work on this large project more efficient and safer. With a maximum up and over clearance of 13.8 meters, a maximum horizontal outreach of 8.6 meters, flexible maneuverability and reliable safety, it meets the needs of maintenance work in power stations. Tasks such as high-altitude instrument inspections, lamp repairs, large screen maintenance, glass wiping, and the replacement of damaged panels during renovations have become safer and more efficient, providing robust support for the prolonged operation and reliability of the station's facilities.
The compact size of the Inslift ES220 enables it to pass through narrow openings to reach the most challenging access locations. Its relatively lightweight and the non-marking rubber tracks with minimal impact on surfaces, such as marble floors, ensure safe movement and operation without causing damage. One-button outrigger leveling and variable outrigger system allow for set-up and use on sloped or uneven surfaces. The diverse superior performance attributes make it the ideal choice for high-altitude operations, not only enhancing work efficiency but also reducing maintenance costs.
Looking ahead, Jiangsu Inslift Technology Co., Ltd. will continue to dedicate itself to providing safer, more advanced, and higher-performance spider lifts for various large-scale projects, injecting new vitality into the continuous development of the industry and striving for greater achievements.
